A five-people delegation from Dalian Maritime University arrived on a visit to Weihai Puyi. The delegation was headed by Vice President Xu Minqiang, accompanied by Director of Science and Technology Division Lin Zhengkui, Secretary of the Party Committee of School of Environmental Science and Engineering Huang Wenyuan, Professor Zhu Yimin and Director of 2011 Planning Office of Science and Technology Division Wang Huafeng.
